Turtle Jack’s Restaurants

Milman & Associates is the structural consultant for all new construction in Ontario for this rapidly growing restaurant chain. Since Turtle Jack’s is a franchise with a unified brand strategy, it was important to ensure that all of the buildings in this chain had the same unique design concept.

Turtle Jack’s structures were designed using large wooden trusses that spanned the length of each building in order to imbue the restaurants with a cottage-like, Muskoka-style, feel.
