Greater Toronto Airports Authority – Terminal 3 Parking Garage

In 2011, Milman & Associates completed a detailed visual inspection of the Terminal 3 parking garage, a precast concrete structure at Toronto’s Pearson Airport. Visible structural deficiencies were identified, including cracks and spalls. The most significant deficiency observed was water penetration through the joints in the precast elements. The engineering team developed a design repair package for all identified defects, and then provided project management and contract administration services.
