Accolade-Ripple Project

Robbie Young + Wright/IBI Group Architects and Milman & Associates were retained to design a complete renovation for several buildings that had been affected by the relocation of programs to the new Accolade Building. Major structural renovations were necessary in one of the buildings where new intermediate floors had to be inserted into an existing double height space in order to convert a large performance hall into multiple levels of classroom space. The project was executed via fast-tracked construction management delivery to meet the very tight deadlines imposed by the summer break.
